Version 2026-10-06. This Affiliate Program Agreement is between you and Daily Lead System ("we", "us"). It covers both affiliate programs: the Daily Lead System and the Daily Video System. By applying to or taking part in either one, you agree to it, along with our Terms, Privacy Policy and Income Disclaimer.
Both programs are free and by application, and you can apply for one or both. You never have to buy anything to apply, to be approved, or to be paid. We review every application ourselves and may approve or decline any application for any reason. You must be at least 18 and give us true information. Owners of the Daily Video System are approved for its program automatically.
You earn a commission only when somebody you introduced buys one of these two products, and only on the program you are approved for:
Nobody is paid for signing people up, for inviting other affiliates, or for anybody joining the affiliate program. Inviting an affiliate earns you nothing by itself; a commission is only ever on a product sale to a customer. These amounts are what one sale pays, not a prediction of what you will earn. We may change commission amounts for future sales with notice; a change never reaches back to a sale that has already happened.
Only the two payments listed above pay a commission. Everything else is non-commissionable, including: the Daily Lead System monthly or yearly fee ($48 a month or $400 a year), the Daily Video System $98 monthly server fee, the company's share of each start or setup payment, renewals, credits, add-ons, done-for-you services, and any other offer, upgrade or service sold in the system, unless we tell you in writing that it pays a commission. The monthly and yearly fees pay for hosting, support, servers and updates, and go to the company in full.
Commissions are not paid by us. They are paid by the buyer directly to the payout account you connect, at the same checkout where the buyer pays the company its share. To be paid you must be approved for that program and have a payout account connected at the moment of the sale. If you are not, that commission goes to the first approved affiliate above you who can be paid, or to the company if there is none, and it is not owed to you later. Credit for a sale goes to the affiliate whose link the buyer used, as our system records it, and that record is final. You are responsible for any fees your payout provider charges.
You may not buy, or have anybody buy for you, through your own link, and you may not use a second account, another person's name or details, or any other trick to take a commission on your own purchase or to cut out the affiliate who introduced you. When you buy a product yourself, the commission belongs to the person who introduced you. If our system sees a purchase made through your own link, it pays that commission to the person who introduced you, or to the company if there is nobody, and a commission taken this way is forfeited and must be paid back to the person it belonged to. Doing it on purpose is a breach of this Agreement and can end your participation in the program.
Because payments go directly from member to member, the money paid to you is yours and you are the one who received it. You are solely responsible and liable for the payments you receive, including any refund, reversal, dispute or chargeback on them, and any fees that come with it. We do not hold, refund or cover any payment made to you, and we are not liable for any refund or chargeback on it. The company handles refunds only of the part paid to the company. Handle refund requests on payments made to you promptly, honestly and in line with the refund terms shown at checkout.
On every post, video, email, message and page where you share your link, you must clearly tell people that you earn a commission if they buy, in words they will actually see (for example: "I earn a commission if you join through my link"). A hidden or vague disclosure is not enough. This is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws.
You may not promise, suggest or imply that anybody will make money, or how much. That means no income figures, no "a day" or "a month" numbers, no lifestyle claims standing in for a number, and no showing your own results or anybody else's as typical. A disclaimer does not fix a claim, so do not make the claim.
Describe our products truthfully and only with claims we make ourselves. No spam: every email you send must follow the CAN-SPAM Act (a real sender, your physical address and a working unsubscribe you honour), and you may not text or call people who have not agreed to hear from you. You may not pretend to be us, use our names or logos in your own domain names, usernames or business names, or run ads that look like they come from us.
You are an independent business, not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises on our behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for tax information before or after paying you.
You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, and immediately if you break this Agreement. Commissions earned by breaking it are forfeited and must be returned.
The program is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid the company in the twelve months before the claim. Payments between members are between those members.
We may update this Agreement. We will post the new version here with a new version date, and email approved affiliates when it changes. Staying in the program after that means you accept the update.
