By using Daily Lead System (dailyleadsystem.com), opting in on a page hosted on it, or buying the Daily Lead System or the Daily Video System, you agree to these Terms.
Daily Lead System provides marketing tools to independent members. Pages you see are created by individual members who are solely responsible for their own offers, claims, and communications. Daily Lead System is not the seller of any third-party offer promoted on a member's page.
The Daily Lead System and the Daily Video System are sold member to member. When you buy through somebody's link, the commission part of your payment goes straight to the approved affiliate who introduced you, and the rest goes to the company, both at the same checkout. If nobody introduced you, or the person who did is not an approved affiliate who can be paid, that part goes to the first approved affiliate above them, or to the company if there is none. The checkout shows you who is paid what before you pay.
Prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply to you; current customers keep the terms they bought on.
Monthly and yearly fees are paid to the company, renew automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund a period already paid for.
Each person who receives a payment is responsible for it. The affiliate who received the commission part of your payment handles any refund of that part, and the company handles any refund of the part paid to it, under the refund terms shown at checkout. Ask the person or the company you paid. Members are solely responsible and liable for the payments they receive, including refunds, disputes, chargebacks and their fees, and the company does not refund or cover payments made to another member.
You agree not to misuse the service, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The service and any materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or income.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Lead System and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any offer promoted through it.
