This Privacy Policy explains how Daily Lead System and the independent members who use it (collectively, "we") collect and use your information when you visit a page hosted on Daily Lead System (dailyleadsystem.com) and opt in.
When you submit a form we collect the information you provide (such as your name and email address) and basic technical data (IP address, browser, and the page you came from) to deliver what you requested and to prevent abuse.
We use your information to send you the material or updates you asked for, to connect you with the member who referred you, and to improve our service. The member who shared the page you opted in on may also contact you about their offer.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the referring member and with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery), who may only use it to provide those services.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or request that we delete your information by contacting the member who referred you or Daily Lead System.
If you apply to our affiliate program we collect what you put on the application (name, email, username, and your answers about your audience and experience), the date you agreed to the Affiliate Agreement and the IP address you agreed from. We use it to review your application, set up your account, pay you commissions, keep a record of what you agreed to, and meet our legal duties. Your password is stored only in a scrambled form we cannot read. We do not sell it, and we do not share your application with anybody outside the people and providers who run the program.
Card payments are taken by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. Because payments go member to member, the affiliate you pay receives your name, email and the payment details their payout provider shows them, so they can deliver what you bought and handle any refund of their part.
Our pages may use cookies and similar technologies to make the experience work and to measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
